Send an enquiry
For CNC Software enquiries, use the contact form and include the machine and job details there. Please include your name, company name, town, the type of machine you use and whether you need help with routing, milling, turning or plasma work. If you already know the software version, controller model or file format, add that too. That helps us respond accurately first time.
For licence questions, tell us how many seats you need and whether the software is for one workstation or a small team. If you are asking about training, mention the operator level, programmer level or owner level so we can plan the right session. A short note with your goals often saves back and forth.
What to include in a support request
When you give us a full picture of the job, we can reply with practical options. If your shop is struggling with load shedding, unstable power or a machine that has not been set up properly, say so in the form. That helps us decide whether you need remote troubleshooting, an on-site visit or a workflow audit.
- Machine type and controller details
- Software licence enquiry or support request
- Town or suburb for site visits
- Any error messages, alarms or file issues
- Preferred time for contact
Where we work
We support CNC shops from our Centurion base and work with clients across Pretoria, Johannesburg, Vereeniging, Durban and Cape Town. We also cover East Rand and West Rand workshops, plus surrounding industrial areas. Coastal humidity in Durban or a dry Gauteng shop can affect setup and tool library choices, so local conditions matter.
Whether you are a one-machine jobbing shop or a larger production floor, we can help with custom post-processors, post tuning, machine onboarding and first job support. If you are in a municipal area with strict operating hours or access rules, mention that in the form so site planning is easier.
Training and implementation enquiries
Our team handles hands-on training for operators, programmers and owners, with sessions arranged for Centurion, Pretoria, Johannesburg, Vereeniging, Durban and Cape Town. We also travel for on-site work when the job needs direct machine access. If you want training for a new hire or a full refresh for the team, tell us how many people will attend.
- Operator training for daily use
- Programmer training for CAM setup and output
- Owner training for workflow oversight
- Machine onboarding for new equipment
- Licence installation and setup support
Contact and support arrangements
Most enquiry form submissions are answered by the team during office hours. If you submit over a weekend or public holiday, we will review it when business resumes. Urgent support requests are handled as quickly as possible, although timing depends on your machine, your location and the detail supplied.
For remote troubleshooting, include screenshots or a brief description of the fault in your message. If you need a visit, add your preferred dates and whether the shop can accept a technician during production hours. Clear information helps us give a practical turnaround, not guesswork.
Work with a practical CNC team
Our Centurion team includes applications, post-processor and support specialists who work with CNC shops every day. If you need a new post, help tuning an existing one or guidance on a difficult first job, use the form and give us the details. We will come back with the right person for the job.
South African workshops need advice that fits real conditions, not theory. That means checking machine behaviour, part quality, operator comfort and support plans that make sense for your shop size and budget. Send the enquiry form and we will take it from there.
